  4. Cover the mixture with a plastic wrap and refrigerate or freeze it for at least 20-30 minutes until firm.
  5. While you wait, heat a spoon or melon baller for 15 minutes in the freezer.
  6. When the coconut milk and chocolate mixture has cooled, you can use a spoon to make the truffles. Set aside.
  7. In a saucepan, or in a glass bowl, combine the coconut oil, butter, and remaining chocolate. Mix the mixture on medium heat in a saucepan or glass bowl. You can also microwave it on high for 15-20 seconds at a time. Stir constantly on the stovetop or in the microwave between each interval.
  8. Use waxed or silicone paper to line a baking sheet. Use a toothpick or fork to dip the truffles in the melted chocolate mixture. Place on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired. Let cool in the fridge for at least two hours. Enjoy!
